Our mission in the Leadership Greensboro program is to prepare and nurture a diverse group of citizens to assume responsible leadership roles that will strengthen and truly transform our community. Our members have a variety of roles, so our programs address leadership issues in the context of business, education, community and civic organizations, government and neighborhoods. With enhanced leadership skills, each person helps their organization succeed and thus creates a stronger foundation for Greensboro's future. This program runs from September through May and graduates approximately 40–45 strong leaders every year.
